In-play odds fluctuate continuously and reflect real-time market conditions. pak361 accepts no liability for connectivity issues, device failures, or any other technical circumstances that may result in a player being unable to place or amend a bet during a live event.
pak361 may declare a bet void in the following circumstances: the event was cancelled or abandoned; the market was suspended at the time of bet placement due to a technical error; odds were published incorrectly due to a pricing feed error; the outcome of the event was subject to official review or reversal after initial settlement. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account balance.
For PSL and international cricket fixtures, pak361 follows the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a rain interruption and a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised target, the official DLS result is used for settlement purposes. Bets on individual player markets (top batsman, top wicket-taker) are settled on players who took part in the match — if a player did not bat or bowl, relevant markets will be voided.

Upon request for closure, pak361 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining Real Money balance after completing any outstanding KYC verification.
